A. What is an office container?
– Office containers are an effective solution for storage and working needs at temporary workplaces. They are made from containers that meet international maritime transport standards according to the 1972 International Convention on Container Safety of the International Maritime Organization, as amended and supplemented by CSC, capable of meeting the needs of working and storage space.
– The steel structure of the Container according to CSC standards is designed and manufactured as follows:
The load-bearing frames and covering steel plates are made from Contern SPA-H steel according to Japanese standard G3125 or American standard A588, which is impact and weather resistant. The welds between the steel structure parts follow AWS D.1.1 standard. 100% NDE weld inspection method with penetration welds. The container is cleaned with a roughness of SA 2.0 – SA2.5, then painted with 3 layers of weather-resistant paint with Durgo EP – C5 epoxy paint base, a 2-component paint based on Bisphenol – A Epichlorohydrin. Combined with Polyamidde, the paint has good flexibility, adhesion, chemical resistance, temperature resistance, grease resistance, and corrosion resistance. Durgp Epoxy anti-rust primer has high molecular weight, cured with Polyamide. – The converted office container has one to two doors, 2 to 4 windows, the interior space is installed with ceiling panels, wall panels made of duraflex cemboard panels, fireproof insulation, and coated with environmentally friendly paint. The floor is covered with simili. The ventilation and air conditioning systems include 01 to 02 12,000BTU air conditioners, 02 300W exhaust fans. Lighting systems and electrical lines are run in fireproof steel pipes or hidden in the wall connecting to distribution cabinets inside and outside the container.
